Precautions:

2. Before mass production, relevant small sample experiments should be carried out to make sure that the technical indicators of the final product meet all the requirements of the customer.
3. Antiviral and antibacterial finishing agent ANTITM COV-20 can be compatible with textile auxiliaries such as flame retardants, softeners, UV protection agents, and water repellents, but it must be tested for fastness and compatibility before industrial production. Test (especially when used in the same bath with cationic additives). Among them, anti-virus and anti-bacterial waterproof products: it is recommended to carry out anti-virus and anti-bacterial treatment first, and then padding with fluorocarbon waterproofing agent. If waterproof, anti-viral and anti-bacterial are carried out in the same bath, please first perform the stability test of the working fluid and increase the concentration of the waterproof agent (for example: JLSUN®?FG-921 waterproof agent 50 g/l (polyester), or 60 g/l (pure cotton) .
4. Before finishing the fabric, the permeability should be good, the wool effect should be more than 6cm, the cloth surface should be clean, it must be washed and dried without residual chemicals and other impurities.
5. The chemical tank and padding tank must be cleaned. The chemical material barrel enters the discharge nozzle of the padding tank, and the working fluid is filtered with a fine cloth filter mesh bag. The storage stability of the working fluid is 6-8 hours.
6. Adding citric acid, dyeing acid and metal salt will destroy the stability of the working fluid. Before this product and other additives are used in the same bath, compatibility test and working fluid stability test must be carried out in advance (method: the additives are filtered separately and then added to the water to prepare the working fluid. After storing for 2-6 hours, the size is above 80 mesh. Filtered by filter screen or fine cloth, no obvious foreign matter).
7. It is recommended to use deionized softened water or pure water. Hard water may affect the stability of the working fluid.
8. This product can be used in the same bath with cationic hydrophilic softener JLSUN®?S-66, cationic repellent horizontal smooth softener S-NB, and non-ionic softener JLSUN®?SCG. Before using this product and other brands of softeners in the same bath, please be sure to conduct a stability test of the working fluid.
9. The processing technology of spraying, dipping, coating and brushing is similar to the padding process. Please adjust the specific process by yourself or consult the company's engineer.
