Anti-mite finishing agent SCJ-999
Beijing Jiershuang High-Tech Company is a manufacturer of antibacterial finishing agents. JLSUN® antibacterial finishing agents have been used in PLA 90 training shoes for 22 years. Our company has formulated GB/T 20944.1-2007 "Evaluation of Antibacterial Properties of Textiles", According to national standards such as GB/T 24253-2009 "Evaluation of Anti-mite Performance of Textiles" and GB/T 24346-2009 "Evaluation of Anti-fungal Performance of Textiles" and other national standards, Jiershuang Microbiology Laboratory provides customers with fabric anti-mite and antibacterial effects testing.
Antibacterial hygiene finishing expert Shang Chengjie senior engineer invented the antibacterial finishing agent SCJ-875 (organic nitrogen, "physical antibacterial") in 1987, and launched the antibacterial finishing agent SCJ-877 (organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt, "physical Antibacterial"). In 1989, the antibacterial finishing agent SCJ-891 suitable for polyester and nylon was successfully developed. In 1991, the antibacterial finishing agent SCK was invented. Afterwards, in response to the problems of the above-mentioned antibacterial finishing agent, after several years of hard work, the antibacterial and deodorant finishing agent SCJ-963 was finally developed in 1996. Experts from the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China, the General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army, and the Chinese Textile Engineering Society believe that the product is technically reliable and has important practical value for improving my country's health care level and the PLA's logistics support capabilities.
Dust mites are commonly found in household environments such as bedding, carpets, and clothing. They can transmit viruses, bacteria, rickettsiae, spirochetes, and protozoa. The secretions, metabolites, and dead bodies of dust mites are strong allergens. . Mites can cause allergic bronchial diseases and cause serious harm to human health.
Product traits and technical indicators
Anti-mite finishing agent SCJ-999 is a new type of textile functional finishing agent. The main component is organic ester compounds with active groups and amine groups. It can be cross-linked with cotton, wool, viscose fibers, etc., or The anti-insect medicinal film is formed on the surface of the fabric through the fixing agent, which has a repellent effect on mites, etc., so that the fabric has new functions of cleaning and sanitation. The anti-mite finishing agent can be used for finishing bed textiles, knitwear, carpets, curtains and other decorative fabrics and military textiles with special requirements.
Anti-mite finishing agent SCJ-999 is a key product recommended by the National Textile Antimicrobial Technology R&D Center. It has passed the Intertek environmental protection certification and complies with EU REACH regulations, GB18401-2010 "National Textile Product Basic Safety Technical Specifications", and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 standards. Appearance is a light yellow transparent liquid with 30% active ingredient content, easy to disperse in water, pH=6.5-7, non-ionic, can be used together with softener, but not suitable for high temperature treatment above 180℃. Tested and applied by many authoritative organizations such as China Medical Testing Center, China Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Japan Textile Inspection Association, SGS, etc.: JLSUN® SCJ-999 anti-mite finishing fabric has a repellent effect on dust mites, and has an effect on the appearance and physical indicators of the fabric. No adverse effects, resistant to washing; comfortable to wear, free of harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metal ions, meets environmental protection requirements, and can meet the requirements of domestic and foreign anti-mite textile standards such as GB/T 24253-2009 "Evaluation of Anti-Mite Performance of Textiles" (The intellectual property rights of this product are protected by national laws).
Instructions for use
Anti-mite finishing agent SCJ-999 can be used to treat fabrics by padding, dipping, coating and spraying. The recommended dosage of SCJ-999 is 2 to 6% (o.w.f), and the usual dosage is 3 to 4% (o.w.f). The specific dosage is determined according to the type and purpose of the fabric to be treated. Since the anti-mite effect is related to the amount of anti-mite per unit area, the amount of heavy fabrics is usually lower, and the amount of thin fabrics is higher. SCJ-999 can also be added to viscose to produce anti-mite viscose fiber.
Process flow:
Fabric à bleaching and dyeing à drying à padding anti-mite solution (dip rate 70% ~ 80%) à drying (80-100 ℃) à high temperature tentering (155 ~ 160 ℃ x 40 seconds, or 175 ~ 180 ℃ x 30 seconds , Or 140~145℃x4~3 min).
2. Examples of process formulas: (take the rolling rate of 75% as an example):
Anti-mite finishing agent SCJ-999 40g/L
Catalyst SCJ-A 40g/L
3. Chemical operation: (take the preparation of 500 liters of solution as an example)
First, add 300-400 warming water (20-40℃) into the chemical tank, stir and add anti-mite finishing agent SCJ-999, then stir and add the catalyst SCJ-A, add water to 500 liters, (and then add an appropriate amount of non-ionic or anionic Softener, such as SCG), continue to stir evenly.
Packaging and storage: 25kg plastic drum. Stored in a cool warehouse, the storage stability period is one year.
