Instructions for use
Anti-mite and antibacterial finishing agent SCJ-998 can be used to treat fabrics by padding, dipping, and coating. The recommended dosage of SCJ-998 is 4-8% (owf), and the usual dosage is 5-7% (owf). Because the anti-mite effect is related to the anti-mite amount per unit area, the amount of heavy fabrics is usually lower, and the amount of thin fabrics Higher. The specific dosage of SCJ-998 is determined according to the type and purpose of the treated fabric.
One, padding process:
1. Process flow: fabric → bleaching and dyeing → drying → padding anti-mite and antibacterial solution (dipping rate 70%-80%) → drying (80-100°C) → high temperature tentering (150~160℃x45~30s, Or 130~140℃x5-3min).
2. Process formula: (take the rolling rate of 75% as an example):

3. Chemical material operation: (Take the preparation of 100 liters of solution as an example. The chemical material order cannot be reversed!)
First add about 80 liters of deionized warm water (30-40°C) in the chemical tank, then add 5Kg of SCJ-998A, stir, then add 2Kg of SCJ-998B, then add 2Kg of SCJ-998C(50%), and stir quickly , Then add 2 Kg of non-ionic softener SCG (or cationic softener S-960), finally add water to 100 liters, and stir evenly.
2. Dipping process:
1. Process flow: fabric → bleaching and dyeing → drying → dipping solution (bath ratio 1:10-15, room temperature) → dehydration (the thrown out solution can be reused) → drying (80-100°C) → high temperature tentering ( 150~160℃x45~30s, or 130~140℃x5-3min) → finished product.
2. Process formula and chemical material operation: same as padding method.
