Dust mites generally exist in bedding, carpets, clothing and other household environment. It can transmit viruses, bacteria, rickettsia, spirochetes and protozoon, etc. Secretions, metabolites and dead bodies of dust mites are the main Sensitization source. Mites can cause allergic bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, dermatitis, acariasis, furuncle, herpes, eczema, urticaria, intestinal acariasis, typhoid, plague, rickettsia, encephalitis, pustules, scabies, epidemic hemorrhagic fever, hair follicles and Sebaceous adenitis, and other diseases, which cause serious harm to human health. The experiments and clinical data of many health institutions at home and abroad have proved that the use of anti-mites textiles has a good effect on preventing mites allergy and the spread of disease.
Product properties and technical indicators
Anti mite finishing agent JLSUN® SCJ-2019 is a new functional finishing agent for fabrics, which contains natural plant essential oil and is mainly composed of organic ester compounds with active groups. It can be crosslinked with cotton, wool, viscose, etc., and can also form an anti-mite film on the surface of the fabric through a fixing agent, so that the fabric has a new function of hygienic cleaning. The anti-mite finishing agent SCJ-2019 can be widely used in textiles with requirements of mite inhibition and military textiles with special requirements.
The anti-mite finishing agent SCJ-2019 complies with the EU REACH regulation and GB18401-2010 "National Fundamental Safety Technical Standard For Textiles". Textiles finished with anti-mite finishing agent SCJ-2019, after passing the inspection, can hang the anti-mite textile tag of China Textile Engineering Society and National Textile antimicrobial technology research and Development Center.
The appearance of anti-mite agent SCJ-2019 is yellowish transparent liquid, easy to disperse in water, pH = 6.5-7, non-ionic, can be used together with softener, but not suitable for high temperature treatment above 170℃. JLSUN® SCJ-2019 anti-mite finishing fabric has a highly effective inhibition on dust mites, no adverse effect on the appearance and physical index of the fabric, comfortable to wear, free of formaldehyde, heavy metal ions and other harmful substances. It complies with the requirements of GB18401-2010 "National Fundamental Safety Technical Standard For Textiles", and can fully meet the requirements of inhibition test in GB/T 24253-2009 "Evaluation of anti-mite performance of textiles".
Instructions
The anti-mite finishing agent SCJ-2019 can be used to finish fabrics by padding, dipping, coating, and spraying. The recommended dosage for SCJ-2019 is 1-3% (o.w.f). The specific amount is determined according to the variety and use of the finished fabric. Because the anti-mite effect is related to the amount of anti-mite per unit area, the amount of heavy fabric is usually lower, and the amount of thin fabric is higher. SCJ-2019 can also be added to the fiber oil agent to produce anti mite chemical fiber.
Technological process:
Fabrics → bleaching and dyeing→ drying → padding anti-mite solution (mangle expression 70%- 80%) → drying (80-100℃) → stretching of high temperature (150±2℃, 30s; or 130±2℃, 2-3 min finished product)

3. Preparation of finishing agent :（taking the preparation of 500 liters of solution as an example）
First, add 300-400L pure water (10-30℃) into the chemical drum, mix and add fixing agent SCJ-937, then mix and add anti mite finishing agent SCJ-2019, add water to 500L, then add appropriate softening agent, and continue to mix evenly.
4. Note:
(1) The original liquid and working solution cannot enter the eyes, mouth and human body. Once in contact with the eyes, mouth and body, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
(2) The fabric must be washed and dried before finishing, without residual chemicals and other impurities.
(3) The chemical drum and padding tank must be cleaned. Install a fine filter bag at the discharge nozzle of the chemical drum into the padding tank, and filter the working fluid.
(4) Do not add citric acid or acetic acid to the working fluid of this product, otherwise the stability of the working fluid will be reduced.
(5) Anti mite agent SCJ-2019 and fixing agent SCJ-937 are all non-ionic compounds, which can be used in the same bath with JLSUN® non-ionic softener SCG, JLSUN® cationic softener S-66 and JLSUN® cationic smoothing softener. Compatibility test must be carried out in advance before the product and other brand softeners or auxiliaries are used in the same bath.
Packaging and storage: Packed in 25kg plastic drums, stored in a cool warehouse, storage period of one year.
