Negative ion far-infrared fabric is a new kind of functional textile in recent years, it has the function of keeping warm. There are two types of processing of negative ion far-infrared fabrics, one is processed by far-infrared fiber, and the other is processed by finishing. The company selects anion materials from natural minerals such as tourmaline and ore from deep under the sea, and processes them into ultra-fine powder-nano anion far-infrared powder JLSUN 900, and applies it to the production of chemical fibers. At the same time, the nano-anion far-infrared powder is further processed into anion far-infrared pulp JLSUN 700, and a finishing technology to fix natural minerals on the fabric is developed. The negative ion far-infrared pulp JLSUN 700 not only has a good heating effect, but also has a good hand feeling and excellent washing fastness.
1) Negative ion far-infrared health care printing fabric:
Technology formula:
Anion far-infrared health care pulp JLSUN 700 10-20 (g/l)
color paste X (g/l)
Self-crosslinking adhesive SP 10-30 (g/l)
Thickener FAG 1.5-2 (g/l)
water X%
Process flow: fabric—>printing—>drying (80-100℃)—>high temperature stenter (180-190℃×30)
2) Negative ion far-infrared health care coating fabric:
Technology formula: Anion far-infrared health care pulp JLSUN 700 3-6
Water-soluble coating glue X%
Process flow: fabric—>coating—>drying (100-120℃)—>high temperature stenter (180-190℃×30”).
3) Negative ion far-infrared health care finishing fabrics (JLSUN 700 affects the shade of dark fabrics. It is recommended to appropriately reduce the amount of JLSUN 700 under the premise of meeting customer quality requirements):
Technology formula: Anion far-infrared health care pulp JLSUN 700 30-50 g/L
Fixing agent SLT 30-50 g/L
Anionic or non-ionic softening agent appropriate amount
Process flow: fabric -> padding finishing solution (squeezing rate 60-70%) -> drying (80-120℃) -> high temperature tentering (170-180℃×30") -> finished product.
4) High temperature and high pressure treatment of nylon and polyester fabrics:
(JLSUN 700 can partially dye nylon and polyester fibers under high temperature and high pressure conditions, but the dye uptake rate is low, so this method is not recommended)
Fabric—>Negative ion far-infrared treatment (JLSUN 700 4—6% o.w.f 130°C for 40—60 minutes)—>Washing—>Drying—>Styling
Packaging and storage: 25kg plastic drum. Stored in a cool warehouse above 0℃, the storage period is 12 months
