Features of multifunctional finishing agent JLSUN®?SL-99T

JLSUN®SL-99T contains the essence of quartz ore, which is stimulated to release far-infrared spectrum. It has versatility, short process flow and easy operation. It is widely used in cotton, linen, silk, wool and other natural materials containing amino or hydroxyl groups. Fiber fabrics are also suitable for polyester and nylon fabrics. The finished fabrics can be widely used in sportswear, outerwear, underwear, bedding and health textiles. JLSUN®SL-99T is also suitable for the coating of the transmitter of the biospectrometer.

1. JLSUN®SL-99T multifunctional finishing agent has high reactivity to treat fabrics with soft hand feeling, excellent moisture absorption function, high strength, good breathability and comfort. It is the development direction of functional and healthy products.

2. The multi-functional finishing agent JLSUN®SL-99T has proved that it has the effect of reducing sweat and odor, is beneficial to environmental cleaning, and has certain antibacterial properties. Pure cotton fabric, when the dosage is 5% o.w.f, the antibacterial rate against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Candida albicans is as high as 99%.

3.                              Instructions for use

1. Process flow:

Fabric → bleaching and dyeing → drying → padding SL-99T (70% rolling rate) → drying (80-100°C) → tentering (140-150°C, 60-30 seconds) → finished product.

2. Process formula:

Multifunctional finishing agent SL-99T 40-50g/L

Chemical material operation: first add appropriate amount of water, add multifunctional finishing agent SL-99T, mix well, (then add softener), finally add the rest of the water, and mix well.

3. Matters needing attention:

1) When padding JLSUN®?SL-99T, it is usually done in the same bath with softener S-66 (20-40g/l). If you use other brands of softeners, please perform the same bath stability test first.

2) The original liquid of this product should not be in contact with the eyes or be eaten. Please wear protective measures such as goggles during operation.

3) This product may affect the shade and fluorescent whiteness of very few dyes. Please be sure to do sufficient tests and tests before using our products, and confirm that the results meet the specific requirements of customers.

4) The current testing methods of negative ion concentration and far-infrared emissivity at home and abroad are inconsistent. Please ask the customer to confirm the sample before signing the production order.

5) Our company has not conducted clinical trials of JLSUN®? Multifunctional Finishing Agent SL-99T and its finishing fabrics, so please use it after confirming it in advance.

Packaging and storage: 25kg plastic drum. Store in a cool warehouse. The storage period is 2 months. There may be deposits at low temperature, but it will not affect its quality after stirring evenly before use.
