1. Dipping method: (bath ratio 1:15)
Bleaching and dyeing → dipping far-infrared finishing agent JLSUN 777A (4% owf, cotton 60-70℃, wool 80-85℃, 30-40 minutes)-→ put out the residual liquid → spin dry or rinse in cold water → immerse JLSUN 777B (3% owf) , 40-50℃, 20-30 minutes) → put the remaining liquid → rinse with cold water (to prevent affecting the stability of the silicone oil softener) → apply the silicone oil softener → finished product.
2. Process flow of padding method:
Bleaching and dyeing → drying → padding JLSUN 777A (30 g/l, rolling rate of 60-70%) → drying (80-100°C, weak cloth falling) → padding JLSUN 777B (20 g/l, rolling solution Rate 60-70%)→drying (80-110℃)→tented finished product.
3. Matters needing attention:
1) The padding method is difficult to operate, and the strength is generally reduced by 10%; the dipping method has little effect on the strength.
2) After the padding far-infrared finishing agent JLSUN 777A is dried, the falling fabric must be slightly moist (the moisture content is about 8-15%), and the JLSUN 777B must be padding as soon as possible, otherwise the strength of the fabric will be seriously reduced.
3) When padding far-infrared finishing agent JLSUN 777B, it can be carried out in the same bath with softeners S-808 and S-666. If you use other brands of softener, please perform the same bath stability test of JLSUN 777B and softener first
