FG-921 is an ultra-durable fluorine-containing oil and water repellent finishing agent newly developed by our company. FG-921 can impart good water and oil repellency to synthetic fibers, natural fibers and their blended fabrics, and the processed fabrics feel soft.

1. Basic physical properties:

  Appearance: white to light yellow emulsion

        Ionicity: weak cation

        pH value: 2.0-4.0

        Active ingredients: 20%±1%

        Specific gravity: 1.05-1.15 kg/L

        Solubility: easy to dilute and disperse in cold water

2. Product features:

FG-921 can give polyester, nylon and other synthetic fibers, cotton, polyester/cotton and other natural fibers and their blended fabrics good oil and water repellent effects.
FG-921 can be used together with other textile treatment agents, such as antibacterial, flame retardant, and antistatic finishing.
FG-921 does not damage the original feel of the fiber, and has almost no effect on the fastness and shade of dyed fabrics.

3. How to use:

Recommended dosage of FG-921 (actual usage please adjust according to the required performance)

       Nylon 10-30g/L

       Polyester 10-30g/L

        Cotton 15-50g/L

       Polyester/cotton 10-30g/L

note:

To keep the pH value of the solution between 5-7, if the pH value is greater than 8, add a small amount of acetic acid to adjust.
Adding a small amount of cross-linking agent FBA (4-8 g/L) can significantly improve the washing fastness
3. Oil- and water-repellent multifunctional finishing process: firstly padding and finishing with other functions, and then oil and water-repellent finishing.

Such as insect-proof, oil-proof and water-proof finishing: padding anti-mosquito solution (AI-P 40g/l, SCJ-939 40g/l rolling rate 65%) drying (80-105℃) à padding oil and water repellent solution (FG- 910 30g/l, crosslinking agent FBA 10g/l, rolling rate 60-70%) à drying (70-105°C) à tentering (170°C, 30 seconds)

1. Water and oil repellent finishing of pure cotton fabric

Padding (rolling rate: 65%)→drying (110℃×2-3min)→baking (160℃×1min)

2. Water and oil repellent finishing of polyester/cotton fabric

Padding (rolling rate: 65%) → drying (110℃×2-3 min) → baking (160℃×1 min)

3. Nylon fabric water and oil repellent finishing

Padding (rolling rate: 35%)→drying (110℃×1-2 min)→baking (160℃×1min)

4. Water and oil repellent finishing of polyester fabric

Padding (rolling rate: 70%) → drying (110℃×2-3 min) → baking (180℃×1 min)

Packaging and storage: 25kg plastic drum, 60kg plastic iron drum. Stored at room temperature above 0℃, the shelf life is one year.
