Product traits and technical indicators
The flame retardant ATF is a washable flame retardant suitable for all kinds of pure polyester products. This product is easy to use. It can be dyed and flame retarded and finished in the same bath. It does not need to increase equipment and operators. It is especially suitable for no baking. The qualified manufacturers are welcomed by the majority of users. The ATF flame retardant effect is durable, the flame retardant index reaches the national standard B2 level or above, the flame retardant effect can be washed more than 30 times, and the finished fabric has good color and does not reduce the strength and feel of the fabric.

Flame retardant ATF has a light brown paste with a specific gravity of 115g/cm3 (20°C) and a pH of 7. It is non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-dangerous.
 
Instructions for use
 
1. High temperature and high pressure (dyeing and flame retardant one bath method)
 
  1. Process formula
 
     Disperse dye X%
 
     Flame retardant ATF 20-35% (o.w.f)
 
   2. Process flow
 
     Grey cloth→soaping→dyeing and flame-retardant finishing (heat up to 130℃ and keep for 40-60min)→washing→drying→styling→(185-190℃×30-45s).
 

Second, the hot melt method
 
  1. Process formula
 
     Flame retardant ATF 200-350 g/l
 
     Penetrant 1g/L
 
  2. Process conditions
 
     Two soaking and two rolling (with liquid rate 60-70%) → pre-baking → drying → baking (200-205℃×2min) → washing → drying.
 

Points to note:
 
  A. Before finishing, it is necessary to remove the oil and dirt on the polyester fiber.
 
  B. After processing, the unreacted substances on the fiber must be fully washed with water.
 
  C During use, if there is delamination of the flame retardant ATF, please stir it well before using it, it will not affect the finishing effect at all.

  Packaging and storage: 25 kg plastic barrels. Stored in a cool warehouse, the storage period is one year.
