The product can improve the anti-ultraviolet properties of fabrics, eliminate the harm of ultraviolet rays to the human body and fabrics, and can improve the light fastness of some dyed fabrics.
AU-120 is a new generation of environmentally friendly anti-ultraviolet finishing agent, which does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metal ions, and meets environmental protection requirements. It has a strong absorption effect on ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 180-400nm, and converts it into light energy and heat energy to release. AU-120 mainly contains ultraviolet absorbers and has reactive groups, which can bond with the hydroxyl and amine groups on the fiber, and has excellent washing resistance. Usage and dosage
AU-120 can be used to finish fabrics by padding, dipping, coating or spraying. The dosage is usually 2-3% (o.w.f.). The specific dosage and usage depends on the type, specification and purpose of the fabric. UV-120 is particularly suitable for the same-bath dipping process of knitted fabrics anti-ultraviolet finishing and reactive dye dyeing.
Dyeing and anti-ultraviolet finishing in the same bath: the amount of anti-ultraviolet finishing agent AU-120 is 1-4% (o.w.f). AU-120 can be added to the dyeing vat together with reactive dyes or direct dyes and used in accordance with the corresponding dyeing process.
Soft, anti-ultraviolet finishing in the same bath: bleached and dyed fabric → padding with anti-ultraviolet solution (AU-120 20-40 g/L, appropriate amount of softener) → drying (80-110℃, 3-5min) → tentering ( 150-170℃, 30s).
Chemical material operation: first add warm water (40-60℃) into chemical material tank, then add AU-120, stir, and finally add anionic or non-ionic softener, and stir evenly.
