Instructions for use

Reactive microcapsules Vc are suitable for fabric finishing, and can be used in impregnation and padding processes, and the method of use is simple.

1. Padding method:

1. Process formula: (Take the rolling rate of 70% as an example)

Vitamin finishing agent Vc 40-80 g/l

Catalyst AH 50-60 g/l

Chemical operation:

First add 80% hot water (above 85°C), then add vitamin finishing agent Vc, stir until completely dissolved, then add catalyst AH, stir, and finally add the rest of the water. Stir constantly and keep it at 80°C to prevent the solution from settling.

2. Process flow:

Fabric → bleaching and dyeing → drying → padding with Vc solution (heat preservation above 70℃, liquefaction rate 70%) → drying (80-100℃) → high temperature tentering (150℃, 30s)

2. Dipping method:

1. Process formula:

Vitamin finishing agent Vc 5-8% (o.w.f)

Catalyst AH 5-6% (o.w.f)

Chemical material operation: same as padding method chemical material operation.

2. Process flow:

Fabric → bleaching and dyeing → immersion in Vc solution (bath ratio 1:10, 85°C, soaking for 30-40 min) → dehydration → drying (80-120°C) → finished product.

Precautions

1. Various pre-tests must be carried out. Before bathing with other medicines, please confirm the compatibility.

2. Please use the prepared solution within the same day.

3. The appearance of this product may change from milky white to milky peach, but this will not affect the processing quality.

Packaging and storage: 25 kg plastic barrels. Stored in a cool warehouse, the storage period is 6 months.
