Vitamin skin care finishing agent Ve is suitable for fabric finishing. It can be used in dipping and padding processes, and the method of application is simple.
1. Padding method:
1. Process formula: (Take the rolling rate of 70% as an example)
Vitamin finishing agent Ve
40-80 g/l
Catalyst AH
50-60 g/l
Chemical material operation: first add 80% hot water (above 80°C), then add the reactive microcapsule Ve, stir until completely dissolved, then add the catalyst AH, stir, and finally add the rest of the water, continue stirring, keep the temperature at 80°C.
Process flow:
Fabric → bleaching and dyeing → drying → padding vitamin skin care finishing agent Ve solution (heat preservation above 70℃, liquefaction rate 70%) → drying (80-100℃) → high temperature tentering (150℃, 30s)
2. Dipping method:
1. Process formula:
Vitamin finishing agent Ve 5-8% (o.w.f)
Catalyst AH 5-6% (o.w.f)
JFC 0.5% (o.w.f)
Chemical material operation: first add 80% hot water (above 80°C), then add vitamin skin care finishing agent Ve, stir until completely dissolved, then add catalyst AH and JFC, stir, and finally add the rest of the water, stir evenly.
Process flow:
Fabric → bleaching and dyeing → impregnated with vitamin skin care finishing agent Ve (bath ratio 1:10, dip dyeing at 85°C for 30-40 min) → dehydration → drying (80-120°C) → finished product.
Packaging and storage: 25kg plastic drum. Stored in a cool warehouse, the storage period is half a year.
