Instructions for use

Collagen skin care finishing agent TSD-Con is suitable for fabric finishing. Dipping, padding and spraying techniques can be used. It is recommended to use padding technique. The method of use is simple and does not require adding new equipment or changing the original production process.

Fabric → bleaching and dyeing → drying → padding skin care finishing solution (dipping rate 60%-70%) → drying (80-120°C) → stenter setting (140°C, 30s)

Precautions

(1) The solution stability test, compatibility test and fastness test must be carried out before industrial production. Please do not use skin care agent TSD-Con together with anionic substances. TSD-Con is compatible with textile auxiliaries such as softeners, flame retardants, UV protection agents, and waterproofing agents.

(2) Skin care finishing agent TSD-Con may affect the shade and fluorescent whiteness of some fluorescent dyes, so it should be tested and confirmed before use.

(3) Before finishing the fabric, the permeability should be good, the wool effect should be more than 6cm, and the cloth surface should be clean. It must be washed and dried without residual chemicals and other impurities.

(4) The chemical tank and padding tank must be cleaned. The chemical material barrel enters the discharge nozzle of the padding tank, and the working fluid is filtered with a fine cloth filter mesh bag. The storage stability of the working fluid is 6-8 hours.

(5) For collagen skin care finishing products that require super washing resistance, please add a fixing agent SLT 40-60 g/L in the formula.

Packaging and storage: 18 kg, 25 kg plastic drums. Stored in a cool warehouse, the storage period is half a year.
