The dosage is usually 4 to 6% owf (that is, 4 to 6 grams per 100 grams of dry fabric). How to use Simple, no need to add new equipment or change the original production process.

1. Process formula: (Take padding method with 70% rolling liquid rate as an example)

2. Process flow:

Fabric → bleaching and dyeing → drying → padding finishing solution (dipping rate 60%～70%) → drying (80-120℃, completely dried) → tentering (130℃, 30 seconds)

Precautions :

(1) Do not add citric acid or acetic acid to the working fluid of this product, so as not to reduce the stability of the working fluid.

(2) This product contains non-ionic compounds and weak anionic compounds. It cannot be used in the same bath with poorly stable cationic softeners. It can be used in the same bath with JLSUN® hydrophilic cationic softener S-666 and non-ionic softener SCG.

(3) When using this product and a cationic softener with good stability in the same bath, carefully conduct the same bath stability test, such as: prepare a working solution and store for more than 8 hours, the solution is stable, and there is no floating matter or sediment, both It can be used in the same bath (for the more acidic cationic softener, you can first adjust the softener to neutral with lye, and then use it with hyaluronic acid TSD-A), and add it to the discharge nozzle of the chemical tank filter bag.

(4) When this product is used in combination with other additives, it may affect the stability of the working fluid. The compatibility sample test should be carried out before batch use to confirm.

(5) The water used for this product is deionized water or pure water. Hard water or tap water with high hardness may affect the stability of the working fluid.
