Instructions for use
The anti-mite and antibacterial finishing agent JLsun®SCJ-2012 can be used to treat fabrics by padding, spraying, dipping, coating and foaming. The dosage of JLsun®SCJ-2012 is 2-5% (o.w.f), and the specific dosage is determined according to the type and purpose of the treated fabric. JLsun®SCJ-2012 can also be added to viscose to produce antibacterial and deodorant viscose fiber.
1. Padding process:

Fabric → bleaching and dyeing → drying → padding with anti-mite and antibacterial solution (dipping rate 70%-80%) → drying (80-100°C) → high temperature tentering (160°C×40 seconds; or 163°C×30 seconds; Or 140℃×3min; or 150℃×2min).

3. Matters needing attention:
(1) The stock solution and working fluid of this product cannot enter the eyes, mouth and human body. (Please wear masks, gloves and protective glasses for protection) Once contact with eyes, mouth and human body, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
(2) The fabric must be washed and dried before finishing and processing, without residual chemicals and other impurities.
(3) The chemical tank and padding tank must be cleaned. The chemical material barrel enters the discharge nozzle of the padding tank, and the working fluid is filtered with a fine filter bag.
(4) Do not add citric acid or acetic acid to the working fluid of this product, so as not to reduce the stability of the working fluid.
(5) When this product and other additives are used in the same bath, a compatibility test must be carried out in advance.
(6) Anti-mite and antibacterial finishing agent JLsun®SCJ-2012 and anti-mite fixing agent AM-97 are non-ionic compounds, which can be combined with JLSUN®?non-ionic softener SCG, JLSUN®? cationic softener S-66, JLSUN®? cationic smoothing When the softener is used in the same bath. Before using this product and other brands of softeners or additives in the same bath, a compatibility test must be carried out in advance.
