The main component of WAI-C is: 3-phenoxybenzyl-2,2-dimethyl-3-(2,2-dichlorovinyl)-1-cyclopropane carboxylate, CAS Registration number 52645-53-1; WAI appearance is light brown-yellow transparent liquid (white agglomerates may be produced below 5℃, but it will not affect the use, and it can be restored to the original state after a little warming); non-ionic; density 0.90g/cm3 ; The pH value is 6.5, can be mixed with water in any ratio, and can be used in the same bath with softeners, flame retardants, antibacterial agents and other finishing agents. WAI-C is easy to use, does not affect normal dyeing, and does not reduce the color fastness, shade, strength and comfort of wool. The fabric treated by WAI-C has anti-moth properties and fastness to shrinkage and soaping. It repels all the moths listed in the IWS E10 Insect Repellent Specification Sheet. After the fastness test of IWS TM28 Moth Insect Repellent, it can still maintain its anti-moth performance. .

Instructions
The method of application of WAI-C is dipping, padding, spraying, etc. The usual dosage of WAI-C is 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f.). The specific concentration is adjusted according to the raw material of the treated fabric, the treatment method and the purpose of the product.
1. Insect-proof finishing process
WAI-C dosage 0.6-0.8% (o.w.f);
Bath ratio 1:5～10;
pH value: 3-6;
Processing temperature: 40-60℃;
Time: 30-60min
Operation method: After the wool product is washed and rinsed with clean water, add clean water to adjust the pH value, then add the anti-moth agent WAI-C, heat up to 50-60℃, treat for 30-60min, then dehydrate and dry.
Dyeing and moth-proofing in the same bath treatment process
Dyeing and moth-proofing the same bath treatment process is suitable for piece dyeing, skein dyeing, cheese dyeing, loose wool dyeing, wool top dyeing, finished shirt dyeing, etc. Under normal circumstances, there is no need to change the original dyeing process conditions.

4. Operation method:
Dilute WAI-C with about 10 times warm water, stir it evenly (use it with the preparation), add it to the dyeing vat containing the fabric, circulate for 5 minutes, add dyes, etc., and heat to boiling, 98-100℃, heat preservation 40- 60min, then wash, dehydrate, and dry, as shown in the figure
One-step treatment process for mothproofing and hair oil
The one-step process of mothproofing and hair oil treatment is mainly suitable for products that are not dyed or bleached, such as mothproofing during storage and transportation of raw white wool yarn.
Dosage: WAI-C 0.3-0.5% (o.w.f)
Usage: Dilute WAI-C with an appropriate amount of water, mix it evenly, mix it with wool oil, spray it on the fiber when blending wool or sliver, leave it for more than 8 hours after spraying, so that WAI-C can penetrate Evenly.
Packaging and storage: 20kg plastic drum. The storage period is one year. Should be stored in a ventilated and cool room, pay attention to fire prevention.
