Oil and water repellent finishing agent FG-910
FG-910 is the fluorine-containing water and oil repellent finishing agent newly developed by our company. FG-910 can impart good water and oil repellency to synthetic fibers, natural fibers and their blended fabrics, and the processed fabrics feel soft.

1. Basic physical properties:

Appearance: milky white emulsion

        Ionicity: weak cation

        pH value: 3.0-5.0

        Active ingredient: 18%

        Relative density (25℃): 1.05 kg/liter

        Solubility: easy to dilute and disperse in cold water

  Safety: non-combustible, non-explosive materials
 

2. Product features:

FG-910 can give polyester, nylon and other synthetic fibers, cotton, polyester/cotton and other natural fibers and their blended fabrics good water and oil repellent effects.
FG-910 can be used in separate baths with other textile treatment agents, such as antibacterial, flame retardant, and antistatic finishing.
FG-910 has little effect on the rubbing fastness and washing fastness of dyed fabrics, and has almost no effect on the shade.
 
3. Use method and finishing effect:

FG-910 can be used in four ways: spraying, foaming, padding and dip dyeing.

Recommended dosage (please adjust the actual usage according to the required performance)

       Nylon 10-40g/L Polyester 10-30g/L

       Cotton 20-60g/L Poly/cotton 20-50g/L
 

note:

The pH value of the solution should be kept between 5-7, and the pH value of the immersion bath should be between 4.5 and 5.5 when used for wool and nylon fibers. If the pH value is greater than 8, add a small amount of acetic acid to adjust.
Adding a small amount of crosslinking agent (FBA 3-6g/L) can significantly improve the washing fastness.

   Padding (rolling rate: 35%)→drying (110℃×1-2min)→baking (170℃×1min)

2. Water and oil repellent finishing of polyester fabric

Padding (rolling rate: 70%)→drying (110℃×2-3min)→baking (170℃×1min)

3. Water and oil repellent finishing of pure cotton fabric

Padding (rolling rate: 65%)→drying (110℃×2-3min)→baking (170℃×1min)

4. Water and oil repellent finishing of polyester/cotton fabric

Padding (rolling rate: 65%)→drying (110℃×2-3min)→baking (170℃×1min)

5. Water and oil repellent finishing of wool products

Padding (rolling rate: 65%)→drying (80-110℃×3-5min)→baking (120℃×1min)

Packaging and storage: 25kg plastic drum, 60kg plastic iron drum. Stored at room temperature above 0℃, the shelf life is one year.
